Return & Refund Policy (Rackboys Co.)
At Rackboys Co., every piece is made with intention. Most of our items are limited, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. Because of that:
No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.
Once an order is placed, it immediately moves into production or processing, and we cannot make changes or accept items back.
Delivery Time
Processing & production takes 2–3 weeks on most apparel.
This timeline is listed on every product page and during checkout.
Please only order if you’re comfortable with the handmade, limited-drop nature of our brand.
Damaged or Wrong Item
We don’t accept returns, but if you receive:
• a damaged item,
• a missing item,
• or the wrong item by mistake,
email support@rackboysco.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos, and packaging. We’ll fix it.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after they’re placed. All items begin production right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
Please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Sizing
Please read size charts before ordering. We do not offer exchanges for picking the wrong size.
