Shipping Policy – Rackboys
At Rackboys, we keep everything real and transparent. Every piece is made or packed with intention. Read this before ordering.
Processing Time:
All orders are made-to-order or produced in small batches. Processing time is 2–3 weeks before shipment. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on production.
Shipping Time:
After processing, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days for US orders. Carrier delays are out of our control. Tracking will be sent as soon as the label is created.
Order Confirmation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Make sure your address, size, and item selection are correct before checking out.
Address Issues:
We ship to the exact address you enter. If the address is wrong, the package gets returned, or you move before delivery, Rackboys is not responsible for replacements or refunds. You will need to pay for re-shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once the package is scanned and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is officially out of our hands. Rackboys is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. File a claim with the shipping carrier.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping:
International shipping can take longer depending on customs. Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
